Document Storage & Retention Options including Iron Mountain Storage and Destruction

Mountain States Imaging coordinates and works both directly and indirectly with multiple document storage companies on pickup, delivery of boxes, and security destruction of documents.

Iron Mountain will deliver boxes directly to Mountain States Imaging from their storage warehouse on behalf of the customer. Mountain States Imaging will then convert the boxes to electronic image based on the customer’s specifications.

Mountain States Imaging will coordinate with Iron Mountain to either pickup and return the boxes to their storage warehouse or complete security destruction of the document based on customer authorization.

We are also able to store documents in our own ultra-secure building for reasonable fees.
